Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@vignella.store.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:
Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund process.
